How it works
The day before arrival you will receive the GuestApp link by email (to the address registered with Booking.com). On the day of arrival you will also receive your personal link by SMS.
Open the link and tap "Continue". The GuestApp will guide you through the process step by step.
Register once — takes only 2 minutes. Your details are securely saved and do not need to be re-entered for future stays.
From 13:00 tap "My Room" — your room number and PIN appear instantly on the screen. Use the PIN to open your room door.
Please remember your PIN code — this is how you open your room door. The 4-digit code from your Booking.com confirmation is NOT the door code.
Check-in from 13:00 — also possible after midnight. The hotel has no reception desk.
Check-out by 10:30. Simply close the door and leave the key in the room.
Free parking directly in front of the hotel.

Guest service by phone Mon–Sun 8:00–22:00. Calls after 22:00 are charged at EUR 2.50.
